Applicants are strongly encouraged not to procrastinate until the final moment to apply, as the BCI will not provide any extensions should they miss the AIBE 21 registration deadline. No applications will be accepted after the registration window closes.
As per the official timeline, the final date for the submission of the application fee is May 1, 2026. Candidates will have the chance to make modifications to their application forms on May 3, 2026. The examination is scheduled for June 7, and admit cards will be accessible on May 22, 2026.
Eligibility Criteria for AIBE XXI
Students in their final semester of a 3-year or 5-year LLB program at a university accredited by the BCI or a college affiliated with a BCI-approved and recognized university are eligible to apply for AIBE, provided they have no outstanding subjects from any prior semester.
Graduates who have completed a 3-year or 5-year LLB from BCI-accredited institutions or colleges associated with BCI-approved and recognized universities but have not yet received their degree are also qualified to apply. This includes candidates who have finished the course and are awaiting their degree. Candidates who have earned an LLB degree from a BCI-recognized university or a BCI-approved college but have not yet registered with any State Bar Council, as well as those who previously enrolled but subsequently surrendered their enrollment certificate, are also eligible to apply.

They must initiate the process by clicking on the registration link available on the homepage and entering their basic information. Following this, they should log in using their registered credentials, complete the AIBE 21 Application Form 2026, pay the required fee, and upload the necessary documents, and finally submit the application form.
