Exam Pattern
The OTET consists of two papers. Each paper is conducted for a duration of two and a half hours in a Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) format, where each question is worth one mark and has four possible answers, with only one being correct. The question papers for non-language subjects are provided in a bilingual format, specifically in Odia and English.
For Language-I, candidates can select from the following languages: Odia, Hindi, Telugu, Urdu, and Bengali. It is mandatory for the candidate to choose one language from this list for the Language-I subject. Language-II will be English for all candidates. There will be no penalties for incorrect responses.
