Step 1: Register on the portal using a valid mobile number, your name as it appears on your Class VIII/HSLC/Birth Certificate, Employment Exchange Number, Qualification, District, Gender, Category, Date of Birth, Aadhaar, etc.
Step 2: Make a note of the Application ID that is generated.
Step 3: Log in, apply for the Grade IV advertisement, choose your post preference, and upload your photo/signature/documents (Class VIII certificate, Employment Exchange Card, Aadhaar, Caste certificate if applicable, Trade Training/Experience certificate if any).
Step 4: Ensure that you submit your application by 22 February 2026. An edit option will be available for 5 days after the deadline (once, subject to approval).
