Eligibility Criteria:

Senior Personal Assistant:

• Age Limit: 35 Years
• Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant (Level-6) or 5 years as a Stenographer (Level-4 or higher) in Government, University, Public Sector Undertaking, etc., or an equivalent position in a reputable private organization.
• Skills: Stenography at a speed of 120 words per minute in English and 100 words per minute in Hindi; Typing at 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi; Proficiency in computer applications. A qualifying skill test is required.
• Desirable: Strong proficiency in English and Hindi, along with effective communication skills.

Administrative Officer:

• Age Limit: 40 Years
• Qualification: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from recognized University.

Library Attendant:

• Age Limit: 32 Years
• Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent + Certificate course in Library Science from recognized Institution.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.

Junior Assistant:

• Age Limit: 32 Years
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + English Typing @35 w.p.m. or Hindi @30 w.p.m. + Proficiency in Computer Operations.
