Eligibility Criteria:

• Officer Trainee (Finance): Must have passed CA / ICWA (CMA) from a recognized institution.
• Officer Trainee (Company Secretary): Should be an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Only Indian Nationals who are 18 years of age or older; the essential qualification date is determined by the date of certificate issuance.

Age Limit:

• Up to 28 years as on 05.11.2025.
• Age relaxation: OBC (NCL): 3 years; SC/ST: 5 years; PwBD: 10 years (UR/EWS), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST); Victims of riots: As per Govt. rules.

Selection Process:

Computer Based Test (CBT): 170 Questions (120 PKT + 50 EAT), 2 Hours, Objective Type, Negative Marking (1/4). Qualifying: UR/EWS 40% overall (30% each section); Reserved 30% overall (25% each).

Shortlisting for Document Verification, Group Discussion (3% weightage), Behavioral Assessment & Personal Interview (12% weightage). CBT: 85% weightage. Final empanelment based on merit.
