Ordnance Factory Dehu Road, Pune, Maharashtra – 412101 (a unit of Munitions India Limited, an enterprise of the Government of India, under the Ministry of Defence) is inviting offline applications from qualified candidates for the engagement of Tenure Based DBW – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) trade for a duration of 01 year, which may be extended to a maximum of 04 years depending on the factory’s needs and the individual’s performance. • Eligible candidates must download and print the application form, completing it exclusively in BLOCK LETTERS. A separate application is required for each vacancy based on eligibility.

• The deadline for submitting applications is 21 days from the date of the advertisement in the Employment News Paper (dated 18th October 2025 Issue), meaning the last date will be 07/11/2025.

Educational Qualifications:

• Matriculation Pass.
• National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) from NCTVT / NCVT.

Age Limit:

• Between 18 to 40 years as on closing date.
• Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and Period of Military Service + 03 years for Ex-serviceman.

Monthly Salary:

• Basic Pay Rs.19900 + DA.

Selection Process:

(1) Based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT (NCVT)
(2) Trade Test / Practical Test
