- IOCL Graduate Apprentice: Full-time Graduate in any discipline (BBA/BA/B. Com/B.Sc.)
- IOCL Technician Apprentices: 03 years full-time Diploma in relevant engineering discipline.
- IOCL Trade Apprentice (ITI Disciplines): Matric + 02 years full-time ITI in relevant trade.
- IOCL Trade Apprentice (DEO): Matriculation + 12th Class Passed.
