The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Bathinda, which was established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY), serves as a premier healthcare institution. The Executive Director of AIIMS Bathinda is inviting online applications from both Medical and Non-Medical Indian Nationals for the position of Senior Resident (Non Academic) in accordance with the Government of India Residency Scheme for a duration of 01 Year, which may be extended up to a maximum of 03 Years based on the recommendation of the Head of the Department or at the discretion of the competent authority.
The online application process for the AIIMS Bathinda Senior Resident Recruitment 2025 will be conducted via Google Form, with the option for offline hard copy submission available from 21st October 2025 to 20th November 2025 (05:00 PM). Candidates who are interested and meet the eligibility criteria are strongly advised to thoroughly review the detailed AIIMS Bathinda notification prior to completing the application form.
The online registration for AIIMS Bathinda will be conducted through a Google Form. The steps for the AIIMS Bathinda Senior Resident Online Registration Process are as follows:-
Step 1: Candidates who are interested must apply online using the Google Form link starting from 21st October 2025. Applications will not be considered without the submission of the Google Form.
Step 2: Download the application form from the website (Annexure included in the notification). Complete the offline form and pay the application fee through SBI Collect (ensure to mention the transaction number on the form).
Step 3: Submit the completed application form along with self-attested copies of the required documents (educational qualifications, experience, age/DOB certificate, NOC if currently employed), and the transaction receipt to: The Recruitment Cell, Administrative Block, Mandi Dabwali Road, AIIMS, Bathinda-151001, Punjab via Speed Post / Registered Post by 25th November 2025 (05:00 PM). The envelope should be clearly marked “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF SENIOR RESIDENT – DEPTT. OF [Department Name]”.
Eligibility Criteria:
For Medical Candidates: (a) An MBBS degree in compliance with the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956; (b) Registration with either the Central or State Medical Council; (c) A postgraduate qualification such as MD, MS, DNB, or MDS in the pertinent specialty from a University or Institute that is recognized.
For Non-Medical Candidates: (a) A Master’s degree (M.Sc.) in the relevant field from a University acknowledged by UGC; (b) A Ph.D. in the relevant field from an Indian University or an equivalent foreign University that is recognized by UGC.
Age Limit:
Maximum 45 years as on 20/11/2025.
