Educational Qualifications:
- Official Language: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English or vice versa or any one elective subject and another one main subject.
- Engineering Disciplines: B.E. / B.Tech in relevant disciplines.
- Finance: Qualified CA / ICWA (OR) MBA in Finance.
- Business Development: Any Degree + MBA.
- Legal: LLB.
Monthly Salary (Pay Scale):
- Assistant Executive Engineer: Rs.8600 – 250 – 14600/-
- Chief Manager: Rs.16000 – 400 – 20800/-
- Deputy Manager: Rs.13000 – 350 – 18250/-
- AGM: Rs.18500 – 450 – 23900/-
- DGM: Rs.17500 – 400 – 22300/-
- Manager: Rs.14500 – 350 – 18700/-
Age Limit:
- Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL and Plus 10 years for PwBD.
- Assistant Executive Engineer: 28 years
- Chief Manager: 42 years
- Deputy Manager: 50 years
