Chhattisgarh Fire Department Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications:

• Driver, Driver cum Operator: 10+2 + Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
• Fireman, Store Keeper: 10+2 from a recognized board.
• Mechanic: ITI in Diesel Mechanic Trade.
• Station Officer (Sub-Inspector): B.Sc./B.E. in Fire Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Watchroom Operator: 10+2 + Trained Nagar Sainik (Civil Defence).
• Wireless Operator (Contractual): 10+2 + Trained Nagar Sainik (Civil Defence) with Wireless Operator training.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025):

• 18-28 years.
• Age relaxation as per Chhattisgarh Govt. rules for SC/ST/OBC, ex-servicemen, and other categories.
