IIT Goa Non-Teaching Staff Pay Levels:

• Deputy Registrar: Level 12 (7th CPC), with applicable allowances (NPS, DA, Medical, HRA, LTC, Children’s Education Allowance).
• Superintendent, Library Superintendent: Level 6, with applicable allowances as per Government of India norms.
• Technical Officer: Level 10 (6th CPC equivalent), with applicable allowances.

IIT Goa Non-Teaching Staff Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Deputy Registrar: A Master’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 55% marks and 5 years of experience as an Assistant Registrar or in a Level 10 position or higher in areas such as Legal, Finance, Establishment, etc.
• Library Superintendent: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science or a related field with at least 60% marks and 5 years (for Bachelor’s) or 4 years (for Master’s) of experience in library automation, networking, etc.
• Superintendent: A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks and 5 years of clerical or supervisory experience; the duration of a Master’s degree may be counted (maximum of 2 years).
• Technical Officer: A B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering with at least 60% marks and 6 years of experience in Level 6 or 3 years in Level 7; the duration of M.Tech/Ph.D. may be counted towards experience (maximum of 2/3 years).

Age Limit (as on 04/07/2025):

• Maximum age: 50 years (Deputy Registrar), 42 years (Technical Officer), 34 years (Superintendent, Library Superintendent).
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen as per Govt. norms, with a maximum age limit of 56 years for PwBD candidates.

IIT Goa Non-Teaching Staff Application Fee:

• Fee payable via online modes (Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking).
• Rs.500/- for Group A posts (Deputy Registrar, Technical Officer) for General/OBC candidates.
• Rs.250/- for Group B posts (Superintendent, Library Superintendent) for General/OBC candidates.
