How to Apply for AWES Teacher Recruitment 2025:

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to register online via the AWES Online Registration Portal (awes-guide.stage.smartexams.in).
• To complete the profile registration, it is necessary to possess a valid AADHAR CARD, MOBILE NUMBER, and e-mail ID.
• Applicants must upload photocopies of pertinent documents (Recent Photograph, Signature, Proof of Date of Birth, and academic qualification certificates).
• The final step involves the payment of the examination fee for each post.
• The deadline for submitting online applications is 16/08/2025 by 23:59 Hours.

Salary:

• Ad-hoc appointments may have different pay structures.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

• Fresh candidates: Below 40 years.
• Experienced candidates (Army Spouses/Others): 40–55 years with 5 years teaching experience (cumulative for Army Spouses; in last 10 years for others).
• Experience must be in relevant category (e.g., PGT/TGT experience for PGT post).

Educational Qualification:

PGT: A Post-Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks along with a B.Ed. degree (also with 50% marks) from an institution recognized by the NCTE. There are specific subject requirements for Computer Science, Informatics Practices, and Physical Education, which are detailed in the notification.

TGT: A Graduation degree with at least 50% marks plus a B.Ed. (50% marks) or an Integrated Degree Course from NCERT with a minimum of 50% marks is required. The CTET/TET is mandatory for appointment. Specific subject combinations are needed for Sanskrit, Hindi, English, SST, Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, and Physical Education.

PRT: A Graduation degree with 50% marks along with a B.El.Ed. or a 2-year D.El.Ed. (Both with 50% marks) or a B.Ed. for individuals who were in service prior to 11/08/2023 (subject to the NCTE Bridge Course). The CTET/TET is mandatory for appointment. Specific qualifications are required for Physical Education.

Other Conditions: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in teaching English and Hindi, as well as possess knowledge of computer applications. The CTET/TET is not mandatory for OST but is required for regular appointments as TGT/PRT.
