Eligibility Criteria:

• Consultant (Submarine): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical with 15 years of submarine-related experience.
• Consultant (Delhi Office): Graduate with 15 years of administrative experience in PSU/Government sectors.
• Dy. Project Officer (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience.
• Dy. Project Officer (HR): MBA (HR) or equivalent with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of HR experience.
• Dy. Project Officer (Security): Graduate with 5 years of experience in security services, preferably ex-servicemen.
• Dy. Project Officer (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of experience.
• Dy. Project Officer (Submarine): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of submarine-related experience.
• Dy. Project Officer (Corporate Communication): Master’s in Mass Communication/Journalism with 5 years of experience.
• Dy. Project Officer (Design): B.E./B.Tech in Naval Architecture with minimum 60% marks and 5 years of design experience.
• Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Naval Architecture with minimum 60% marks and 9 years of relevant experience.
• Project Superintendent (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks and 15 years of experience in shipbuilding/repair.
• Senior Consultant (Design): B.E./B.Tech in Naval Architecture with 20 years of design experience.
• Senior Consultant (Legal): LLB with 20 years of legal experience in corporate/PSU sectors.
• Senior Consultant (Business & Vendor Development): MBA with 20 years of experience in business development.

Pay Scale:

• Manager (Technical) (E3): Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,80,000/- (CTC: Rs.17.44 lakh p.a.).
• Project Superintendent (Technical): Rs.1,70,000/month (CTC: Rs.2 lakh/month, Rs.4,000 annual hike).
• Dy. Project Officer (All Disciplines): Rs.73,000/month (CTC: Rs.91,000/month, Rs.2,500 annual hike).
• Consultants: To be notified as per HSL policy.
