Salary:

• Deputy General Manager (E06): Rs.1,20,000 – Rs.2,80,000/- (Approx. CTC Rs.33.94 Lakhs p.a.).
• Deputy Manager (E02): Rs.70,000 – Rs.2,00,000/- (Approx. CTC as per norms).
• Senior Manager (E04): Rs.90,000 – Rs.2,40,000/- (Approx. CTC Rs.26.03 Lakhs p.a.).

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as on 11/08/2025):

• E06: 48 years; E04: 41 years.
• E02: 35 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per GoI norms).

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Deputy Manager (Systems): Must possess a Degree in Computer Science/IT or a Degree plus MCA, with at least 5 years’ experience in IT solutions, software development, and system/network administration.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): Requires a Degree along with CA/CMA, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales accounting, treasury, fund management, taxation, and working in an ERP environment.
• Deputy Manager (HRD): A Graduate with a PG Degree/Diploma in Social Work/HR/MBA (HR) is needed, along with 5 years’ experience in HR policy, industrial relations, and recruitment.
• Deputy Manager (Law): Requires a Degree plus LLB or a 5-year Integrated Law degree, with 5 years’ experience in legal affairs (up to 50% as an advocate), handling court cases, and contracts.
• Deputy General Manager (Mining): Requires a Degree in Mining Engineering with a 1st Class Certificate of Competency, and 17 years’ experience in mechanized opencast mining and mine planning.
• Deputy Manager (PR&CC): A Graduate with a PG Degree/Diploma in PR/Journalism/Mass Communication is necessary, along with 5 years’ experience in media management and corporate communication.
• Deputy Manager (Safety): A Degree in Engineering plus a Diploma in Industrial Safety is required, with 5 years’ experience as a Safety Officer, conducting safety audits and HIRA.
• Deputy Manager (Survey-Coal Mines): A Degree in Mining Engineering with a 2nd Class Certificate of Competency is necessary, along with 5 years’ experience in coal mining and surveying.
• Deputy Manager (Environment): A Degree in Engineering plus a PG Diploma in Environmental Science/Engineering is required, with 5 years’ experience in obtaining environmental clearances.
• Deputy Manager (Geology): Requires an M.Sc./M.Tech in Geology/Applied Geology, with 5 years’ experience in deposit evaluation and mine planning.
