Salary:

• Scale VII (General Manager): Rs.1,56,500 – 4,340 (4) – 1,73,860 (Approx. Rs.4,36,271/-).
• Scale VI (DGM): Rs.1,40,500 – 4,000 (4) – 1,56,500 (Approx. Rs.3,91,408/-).

Educational Qualifications:

• Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate in any discipline + 18 years of experience.
• Chief HR Officer: Any Graduate (Preference: MBA in HR) + 18 years of experience.
• Chief Operating Officer: Graduate in any discipline + 18 years of experience.
• DGM-Finance/CFO: Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI + 15 years of experience (Scale VI) or 18 years (Scale VII).

Age Limit:

• Regular Posts: 35–55 years for DGM-Finance/CFO, 38–55 years for Chief HR Officer as on 01/07/2025.
• Contractual Posts: 38–55 years for Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Operating Officer as on 01/07/2025.
