Educational Qualifications:

• AE (Civil): A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil from an AICTE-recognized Indian University or Institution, accompanied by at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
• AE (Electrical): A Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from an AICTE-recognized Indian University or Institution, with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in the planning and execution of multi-storied building projects.
• AAO (Chartered Accountant): A Bachelor’s Degree and successful completion of the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with Associate membership. Candidates are required to provide their membership number for verification.
• AAO (Company Secretary): A Bachelor’s Degree and a Qualified Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• AAO (Actuarial): A Bachelor’s Degree and successful completion of at least 6 papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India or the UK by 01/08/2025. A membership number is required for verification.
• AAO (Insurance Specialist): A Bachelor’s Degree and Fellowship of the Insurance Institute of India (Life) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Companies regulated by the IRDAI.
• AAO (Legal): A Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 50% marks (or 45% for SC/ST/PwBD) and a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit:

• 21–30 years for AE (Civil), AE (Electrical), AAO (CS), AAO (Actuarial), AAO (Insurance Specialist) as on 01/08/2025 (born between 02/08/1995 and 01/08/2004).
• 21–32 years for AAO (CA) and AAO (Legal) as on 01/08/2025 (born between 02/08/1993 and 01/08/2004).
• Upper age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD.

Salary:

• Basic Pay Scale: Rs.88635-4385(14)-150025–4750(4)–169025/- per month.
• Total emoluments: Approximately Rs.1,26,000/- per month in ‘A’ Class city (including HRA, CCA, etc.).
