Pay Scale:

  • Librarian: Academic Level 14 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
  • Deputy Registrar: Level 12 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
  • Estate Officer: Level 7 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): Level 6 as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Deputy Registrar: A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade is necessary, accompanied by 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Estate Officer: A Second-class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required, along with 5 years of experience.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in a relevant field with 1 year of experience is required, or alternatively, a Diploma in Engineering with 3 years of experience.
  • Librarian: A Master’s Degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation Science with a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade is required, along with 10 years of relevant experience.

Age Limit:

  • Deputy Registrar: Maximum 50 years as on 30/09/2025.
  • Estate Officer: Maximum 35 years as on 30/09/2025.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): Maximum 35 years as on 30/09/2025.
  • Upper age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

Selection Process:

  • Librarian: As per UGC Regulations 2018.
  • Deputy Registrar: Written test (Paper I & II) 70%, Interview/Personality test 30%.
  • Estate Officer: Written test.
  • Junior Engineer (Civil): Written test (Paper I & II) 70%, Interview/Personality test 30%.

Application Fee:

  • Payment Method: Online mode via Samarth Portal.
  • Level 6 & 7: Rs.1,200/- (Non-Refundable).
  • Level 12: Rs.1,600/- (Non-Refundable).
  • Academic Level 14: Rs.2,000/- (Non-Refundable).
  • Fee Exemption: Women and PwD (≥40% disability) are exempted (certificate required). SC/ST pay 25% of the fee.
