The Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT) is currently seeking applications for a range of scientific and attendant roles, available on a deputation basis (including short-term contracts) or on a contractual basis. There are a total of 10 provisional vacancies across various positions. Eligibility Criteria:
Specialist (Formulation): A Master of Science in Chemistry (Physical/Organic/Agricultural) with a minimum of 65% marks and three years of experience, or a Ph.D. with notable research contributions. For deputation: an analogous position or equivalent experience.
Scientist (OPCW): A Bachelor of Science degree with at least 65% marks and two years of experience, or a Master of Science in Organic/Analytical/Agricultural Chemistry with a minimum of 55% marks.
Scientist (Formulation): A Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 65% marks and two years of experience, or a Master of Science in Physical/Organic/Agricultural Chemistry with at least 55% marks.
Field Experiment Attendant: Completion of 10th grade (Matric) with an agriculture course or training, along with experience that varies by position.
Lab Attendant: Completion of 10th grade (Matric) with a background in Science and two years of laboratory experience.
Age Limit:
Specialist (Formulation): 30 years.
Scientist (OPCW / Formulation): 28 years.
Field Experiment Attendant / Lab Attendant: 28 years.
For deputation: Not exceeding 56 years as on closing date.
Application Fee:
Rs.500/- by Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favor of “Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology” payable at Gurugram.
Exempted for SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Selection Process:
