The National Judicial Academy (NJA), which was established by the Supreme Court of India, operates as an autonomous entity under the leadership of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of India.

The NJA has issued a recruitment notification (Advt No. NJA/Admin/Rect/2025/01) on September 6, 2025, to fill 4 positions, which include Research Fellow, Manager (Documentation, Communication & Public Relations), Assistant Accounts Officer, and Junior Steno cum Data Entry Operator. Eligibility Criteria:

Research Fellow (Group-A)	LLM with 5 years’ experience in teaching/research at Judicial Academy/National Level Institution/University OR Judicial Officer with 5 years’ service.
Manager (Documentation, Communication & PR) (Group-A)	Graduate with good English command, 5 years’ experience in documentation/publication (Pay Scale Rs.44,900-1,42,400) OR 8 years’ experience (Pay Scale Rs.35,400-1,12,400). Preference for national-level academic/training institution experience.
Assistant Accounts Officer (Group-B)	Graduate in Commerce/Business Management (Finance specialization preferred) OR passed CMA/CA/SAS/Jr. Accounts Officer exam. 3 years’ experience in Central/State Govt./autonomous organization accounts. Deputation: 2 years in scale below post.
Jr. Steno cum DEO (Group-B)	Graduate with good English shorthand and computer skills. Minimum 3 years’ experience.

Age Limit:

• Contract Basis: Maximum 45 years as on 27/10/2025.
• Deputation Basis: As per Government of India norms.
