How to Apply:
The online registration for the Western Railway Scouts and Guides Quota will take place on the official RRC Western Railway website (rrc-wr.com) from September 24th to October 24th, 2025. Please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the official RRC Western Railway website and register by entering your personal information to create an Application Number and Password.
Step 2: Log in and fill out the application form by uploading self-attested copies of the necessary documents, which include a Photograph, Signature, Educational Qualification Certificates, Date of Birth Proof, Caste Certificate, and any Scouts/Guides related certificates.
Step 3: If applicable, pay the application fee using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI, and ensure that you submit the application before October 24th, 2025 (by 18:00 hrs).

Level 2
Completed the 12th grade or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% overall marks. The 50% requirement is waived for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen/PwD candidates, as well as for those who hold higher qualifications (Graduate/Post Graduate) from a recognized University.

10th passed OR ITI OR equivalent OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
Qualifications (For Both Levels):
A President Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger or a holder of the Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) in any Section. Please note: Provisional certificates are permitted according to Railway Board guidelines dated 10.04.2024, but final empanelment is contingent upon verification.
An active member of a Scouts Organization for the past 5 years (from 2020-21 onwards) with a Certificate of Activeness as outlined in Annexure ‘A’.
Participation in two events at the National Level or All Indian Railway’s level and two events at the State level.
Salary:
Level 2:Rs.19,900 – 63,200 (7th CPC)
Level 1:Rs.18,000 – 59,200 (7th CPC)

Level 1:18 to 33 Years
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and others as per Govt. rules.
