- Junior Statistical Assistant (JSA): A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Commerce, or Statistics (Department of Labor Resources, Bihar, Patna).
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): A degree with PGDCA, BCA, BSc (IT), or an equivalent qualification (Finance Department, Bihar, Patna).
- Auditor: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics (Audit Directorate, Finance Department, Bihar, Patna).

Preliminary Exam:

- Each question: +4 marks; Negative marking: -1 mark.
- Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes.
Mains Exam:
- Paper 1 (Hindi): 100 questions, 400 marks, 2 hours 15 minutes, 30% minimum qualifying marks.
- Paper 2: General Studies (50 questions, 200 marks), General Science & Maths (50 questions, 200 marks), Reasoning Ability (50 questions, 200 marks);
