The Bihar Legislative Council Secretariat (Vidhan Parishad Sachivalaya) (BLCS), located in Bihar State, has issued the official announcement regarding BLCS Recruitment 2025. BLCS is seeking online applications from qualified Indian citizens who are permanent residents of Bihar for the direct recruitment of Driver and Office Attendant positions. How to Apply:

The BLCS Online Registration will be conducted via the official recruitment portal (blcsrecruitment.com). The steps for the BLCS Vacancy Online Registration Process are as follows:-

• Step 1: Navigate to https://blcsrecruitment.com and select Apply Online for Advt No. 01/2025. Register by providing personal information to create login credentials.
• Step 2: Log in and fill out the Application Form – Upload scanned copies of your Recent Photograph, Signature, Bihar Domicile Certificate, Educational Certificates, Driving License (for Driver), etc.
• Step 3: Remit the application fee online using Net Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI and submit the form by 22nd October 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Driver: Completion of Matriculation (10th Grade) or an equivalent qualification + Possession of a valid LMV/HMV driving license + Proficiency in Hindi and English + Capability to ride a bicycle + A minimum of 2 years of driving experience is preferred. Domicile: Must be a resident of Bihar with a valid certificate.
• Office Attendant: Matriculation (10th Pass) or equivalent + Knowledge of Hindi/English + Ability to ride a bicycle. Domicile: Bihar resident with valid certificate.
