The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued the official notification for the recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) for the year 2025. SEBI is inviting applications from Indian citizens for the position of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) across various streams including General Stream, Legal Stream, Information Technology Stream, Research Stream, Official Language Stream, Engineering (Electrical) Stream, and Engineering (Civil) Stream. SEBI retains the authority to either fill the positions or leave them unfilled altogether. This is a chance for qualified candidates to become a part of SEBI in different streams.
The SEBI Officer Grade A Notification was released on 8th October 2025, and the online application form will be accessible starting from 30th October 2025. Candidates who are interested and meet the eligibility criteria should thoroughly review the detailed SEBI notification prior to completing the application form.
SEBI Recruitment of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) 2025 – 110 Vacancies
The SEBI Online Registration will occur via the official SEBI Recruitment Portal. The steps for the SEBI Officer Grade A Online Registration Process are as follows:-
Step 1: Candidates interested in applying should do so online through the official SEBI website starting from 30th October 2025.
Step 2: Upload a color photograph, signature, and the necessary documents/certificates (Date of Birth, Educational Certificates).
Step 3: If applicable, pay the application fee through the online payment gateway. Ensure to submit the application form by the last date (To be Notified).

General
Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma* (minimum two years’ duration) in any discipline/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Legal
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Information Technology
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in any branch OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a post graduate qualification (minimum two years’ duration) in computer science/ computer application/ information technology.
Research
Master’s Degree or 2-year PG Diploma in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
Official Language
Master’s Degree in Hindi/ Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level; OR Master’s Degree in Sanskrit/ English/ Economics/ Commerce with Hindi as a subject at Bachelor’s Degree level; OR Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi/ Hindi Translation.
Engineering (Electrical)
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Engineering (Civil)
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
