• Step 2: Complete the Candidate Registration by providing a valid mobile number and email ID. Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, experience, and other relevant information.
• Step 3: Upload a colored passport-size photograph, signature, and necessary documents (qualification certificates, proof of experience, and caste certificate if applicable).
• Step 4: Pay the application fee (if applicable) using the online payment gateway. Review the form, submit it, and print a copy. The deadline is one month from the date the online link is made available.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Option 1: (i) B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an institution or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council; OR B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an institution or university recognized by the Indian Nursing Council; (ii) Must be registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State / Indian Nursing Council.   (OR)
• Option 2: (i) Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an institution / board or council recognized by the Indian Nursing Council; (ii) Must be registered as a Nurse & Midwife with the State / Indian Nursing Council; (iii) A minimum of two years’ experience in a hospital with at least 50 beds after obtaining the qualification.

Age Limit:

• 18 to 40 years as on the last date of submission of applications.
• Age relaxation: SC/ST/OBC (UP): Up to 5 years; PwBD: Up to 10 years; Ex-Servicemen & others: As per UP Government rules.
