SSC Opens Self-Slot Selection (SSC) Junior Engineer And Sub-Inspector Examinations 2025

The Commission has broadened the option for candidates to select their preferred examination city and date according to their preferences.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has launched the self-slot selection schedule on Monday for candidates taking the Junior Engineer (JE) Examination, as well as the Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) Examination 2025. This feature allows candidates to select their preferred exam city and date by accessing the official SSC website (ssc.gov.in).

The Commission has made it possible for candidates to choose their examination city and date according to their preferences. To utilize this feature, candidates must log in to the candidate portal and make their selections for the examination slots.

The Junior Engineer Examination slot selection window will be available from November 10 to November 13, 2025, until 11 pm, as stated by the commission. Additionally, candidates taking the Sub-Inspector (SI) Examination for Dap and CAPF can choose their slots from November 17 to November 21, 2025, also until 11 pm.

The commission further emphasized, “Candidates should be aware that once options are submitted, they will be deemed final. No modifications to the selected slot will be permitted, and the Commission will not entertain any requests regarding this matter.”
