How to Apply:

The Punjab Anganwadi Online Registration will be conducted via the official website at sswcd.punjab.gov.in. The steps for the Punjab Anganwadi Online Registration Process are as follows:-

• Step 1: Female candidates who are interested should submit their applications online through the Directorate of Social Security and Women & Child Development portal starting from 19th November 2025. It is essential to verify the Anganwadi Centre code and ensure eligibility for the specific centre.
• Step 2: Carefully complete the online form, upload a recent photograph, signature, and the necessary documents/certificates (Educational Qualifications, Proof of Punjabi Language, Proof of Residence, Proof of Age, and Caste Certificate if applicable). All documents must be in PDF format.
• Step 3: If applicable, pay the application fee through the online payment gateway. The application form must be submitted on or before 10th December 2025 by 11:59 PM. Remember to note the unique Application ID for future reference and keep a printed copy.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification:

Anganwadi Worker: A minimum of Graduation or its equivalent, along with the successful completion of the Punjabi language examination at the Matric level or its equivalent (administered by the Language Department, Government of Punjab).

Anganwadi Helper: A minimum of 10+2 or its equivalent, in addition to passing the Punjabi language examination at the Matric level or its equivalent (conducted by the Language Department, Government of Punjab).

• Residence Eligibility: Candidates must be residents of the relevant Gram Panchayat/Ward/Town in accordance with rural/urban standards. Specific conditions apply.
• Note: Higher educational qualifications will be taken into account; certificates must be issued or declared prior to the deadline.

Age Limit:

• Anganwadi Worker: 21 to 37 years as on 10.12.2025.
• Anganwadi Helper: 18 to 37 years as on 10.12.2025.
• Age relaxation: SC/BC: 5 years (up to 42 years); PwD/Widows & Divorced Women: 10 years (up to 47 years)
