Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Non Executive Recruitment 2026
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has announced the recruitment of 394 Non-Executive positions, which include Junior Engineering Assistant-IV, Junior Technical Assistant-IV, and Junior Quality Control Analyst-IV roles. These openings are available in various Refineries and Petro-chemical Units situated in Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Odisha.

3 Years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) along with Boiler Competency Certificate (Second Class) OR NAC in Boiler Attendant with equivalence endorsement.

3 Years Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electrical Power Systems with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).
