Public Relations Officer (Level-10)	Master’s in Mass Communication/Journalism (60% marks) OR Master’s in any discipline (60% marks) + PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication. Minimum 5 years’ experience in established media (newspaper, news agency, radio/TV/film) OR as PRO in recognized University.
Assistant Registrar (Level-10)	Master’s Degree in any discipline (60% marks or Grade B in UGC 7-point scale). Minimum 5 years relevant administrative/supervisory experience in Govt./University/Tech Institution/Reputed Organization (in Level-7/8 or equivalent).
Sports Officer (Level-10)	Master’s in Physical Education/Sports Science (60% marks) + 5 years relevant experience (Level-7/8) + representation at State/National level + specialization in one sport OR B.P.Ed (60% marks) + 7 years relevant experience (Level-7/8) + representation at State/National level + specialization in one sport.
Fire and Safety Officer (Level-8)	Bachelor’s Degree (60% marks).
