Graduate Apprentice: Full-time 4-year Degree in Engineering (Civil/Electrical/Electronics & Communication) recognized by AICTE, GOI. ITI Trade Apprentice: ITI NCVT certificate in relevant trade (Electrical/Electronics & Mechanics/COPA) awarded by Directorate General of Training, Govt. of India. Degree/Diploma/ITI passed in 2023 or later.
Eligibility	Indian Nationals with domicile of West Bengal only.
Age Limit	18–26 years as on 30/07/2025. Relaxations for SC/ST/OBC/PWD as per Govt. of India guidelines.
