How to Apply for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2025:

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications online via the NATS portal (www.nats.education.gov.in) for Graduate/Diploma Apprentices or the NAPS portal (www.apprenticeshipindia.org) for ITI Apprentices by the deadline of 11th August 2025. Please follow these steps:

1. Register on the appropriate portal (NATS for Graduate/Diploma, NAPS for ITI) to receive your login credentials.

2. Navigate to the portal and look for the establishment Airports Authority of India – RHQ NR, New Delhi (NDLSWC000002 for NATS / E05200700101 for NAPS).

3. Click on the “Apply” button and complete the online application form with your personal and educational information.

4. Upload scanned copies of the following documents:

• Recent passport-size photograph
• Signature
• Degree/Diploma/ITI certificate
• Mark sheets
• Proof of domicile

5. Submit your application and take note of the confirmation message: “Successfully applied for the training position. Based on availability, you will be contacted by the establishment.”

6. Keep a printed copy of the application for your records.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate Apprentices: A full-time (regular) 4-year degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT, Mechanical/Automobile) or BCA, accredited by AICTE, must have been completed in or after 2021.
• Diploma Apprentices: A full-time (regular) 3-year diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science/IT, Mechanical/Automobile) or Computer Application/Computer Application & Business Management, accredited by AICTE, must have been completed in or after 2021.
• ITI Apprentices: An ITI/NCVT certificate in Computer Operator Programming Assistant or Steno trades from institutions recognized by AICTE/GOI.

Age Limit (as on 11/08/2025):

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 26 years
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, as per Government of India guidelines

Other Conditions:

• Only Indian nationals domiciled in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, or Uttarakhand are eligible.
• Candidates who have completed apprenticeship, terminated apprenticeship midway, or have 1+ years of job experience post-qualification are not eligible.

Selection Process:

• Document Verification: Candidates who are shortlisted will receive a notification through their registered email.
• Merit List: The list is created according to the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (Degree/Diploma/ITI). If there are candidates with the same percentage, the order of merit will be decided based on the date of birth and the date of passing.
• Medical Fitness Test: The final selection will occur after the verification of documents and the medical fitness certificate.
