The STATE LEVEL POLICE RECRUITMENT BOARD (SLPRB) of ASSAM is inviting online applications from qualified Indian citizens for various positions, including Forester Grade-I, Forest Guard, AFPF Constable, Constable (WO/WT/APRO), Fireman, Emergency Rescuer, Constable (Grade-III), Bandman, Bugler, Boatman, among others, within the Forest Department, APRO, Fire & Emergency Services, DGCD & CGHG, and Assam Police. The registration for the Assam SLPRB Recruitment 2026 Online Application will commence on 22nd January 2026.

How to Apply:

Eligible candidates are required to apply exclusively ONLINE via the SLPRB portal. A single registration is sufficient for all positions.

• Step 1: Access the official website and register using a valid mobile number, name as per HSLC certificate, Employment Exchange Number, Qualification, District, Gender, Category, Date of Birth, Aadhaar, etc.
• Step 2: Record the generated Application ID.
• Step 3: Log in and complete the application form, ensuring to upload the necessary documents.
• Step 4: Submit the application prior to 22 February 2026. Offline submissions will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

Sub-Officer & Constable (WO/WT)	20 – 24 Years	H.S. (Science) with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (PCM) with pass marks in each.
Fireman & Emergency Rescuer	18 – 40 Years	Matric with H.S. (Science) passed from recognized Board/Council.
Forest Guard, Game Watcher & Constable (UB) in APRO	18 – 40 Years	H.S. (10+2) or equivalent passed.
AFPF Constable, Constable (Grade-III), Bandman, Bugler	18 – 40 Years	HSLC or equivalent + NCC ‘A’ Certificate or Home Guard Certificate (for Grade-III/Bandman/Bugler) + Proficiency in playing specific instruments (Bandman/Bugler).
Boatman	18 – 40 Years	HSLC or equivalent + Proficiency in swimming.

Physical Standards

• Height (Male): Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC: 162.5 cm | ST(P)/ST(H): 160 cm
• Height (Female): Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC: 154 cm | ST(P)/ST(H): 152 cm
• Chest (Male): Gen/OBC/MOBC/SC/ST(P): 79-84 cm | ST(H): 78-83 cm
