Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• Chief Manager – Information Security (SMG/S-IV): Same as above. Minimum 9 years’ IT/Information Security experience, including 6 years in Information Security roles.
• Fire Safety Officer (JMG/S-I): B.E. (Fire) from National Fire Services College (NFSC), Nagpur; OR Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Fire Technology/Fire Engineering/Safety and Fire Engineering; OR Bachelor’s degree with graduation from Institute of Fire Engineers (India/UK) or Station Officer Course from NFSC, Nagpur. Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Fire Officer or equivalent in PSUs/PSBs/Central or State Government/City Fire Brigade/State Fire Services/Corporate/Industrial Complex.
• Manager – Digital Product (MMG/S-II): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, or MCA. Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital channels in Scheduled Commercial Banks, Fintech companies, or software development firms (preferably BFSI).
• Manager – Storage Administrator and Backup (MMG/S-II): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication. Minimum 3 years’ IT experience, including 1 year in storage and backup.
• Manager – Information Security (MMG/S-II): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications, or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT/Cyber Security).
• Mandatory certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, or CCNA. Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or SOC security technology certifications. Minimum 3 years’ IT/Information Security experience, including 1 year in Information Security roles in BFSI, NBFCs, Fintech, or IT MNCs.
• Senior Manager – Information Security (MMG/S-III): Same as above with mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA. Minimum 6 years’ IT/Information Security experience, including 3 years in Information Security roles.
• Senior Manager – Digital Product (MMG/S-III): Same as above. Minimum 6 years’ experience in digital channels in similar sectors.
• Senior Manager – Storage Administrator and Backup (MMG/S-III): Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Communication. Preferred certifications: Certified Storage Networking Expert (CSNE) or NetApp Certified Storage Administrator. Minimum 6 years’ IT experience, including 3 years in storage and backup.
