BIS Recruitment 2025: Application form 23 Section Officer Positions

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) is seeking applications from qualified officials for the recruitment of Section Officer to fill 23 positions on a deputation basis. How to Apply:

Eligible candidates are required to submit their applications through the appropriate channel to the Director (Establishment), Bureau of Indian Standards, Manak Bhavan, 9, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi – 110002, using Speed Post. The application procedure entails:

• Downloading and filling out the application form as per the official notification.
• Attaching self-attested copies of certificates that validate eligibility and experience.
• Clearly marking the envelope with “The Application for the post of Section Officer on Deputation.”
• Ensuring that applications are forwarded through the correct channel with the necessary approvals from the current employer.
• Submitting the completed application via Speed Post prior to the deadline of 6th October 2025.

Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:

• Persons holding analogous posts on a regular basis in Central Government, State Government, Union Territory Government, or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies; OR
• Eligible serving employees of Central/State Government, Union Territories, or Statutory/Autonomous Bodies with relevant experience as specified in the notification.

Age Limit:

• Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of application (6th October 2025).

• No application fee is required for this recruitment.

Pay Scale:

• Section Officer: Level-7 (Rs.44,900 – Rs.1,42,400).
