Educational Qualifications:

For Head Constable (Radio Mechanic):

• A matriculation certificate or its equivalent, along with a 2-year ITI in Radio and Television / General Electronics / COPA / Data Preparation and Computer Software / Electrician / Fitter / Information Technology & Electronics System Maintenance / Communication Equipment Maintenance / Computer Hardware / Network Technician / Mechatronics / Data Entry Operator.
• An intermediate qualification or 12th standard or its equivalent, with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, achieving a minimum of 60% in PCM.

For Head Constable (Radio Operator):

• Matriculation or equivalent plus 2-year ITI in Radio and Television / Electronics / COPA / Data Preparation & Computer Software / General Electronics / Data Entry Operator.
• Intermediate / 12th standard or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, securing at least 60% in PCM.

Age Limit:

• 18-25 years for General category.
• 18-28 years for OBC category.
• 18-30 years for SC/ST category.
• Upper age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and as per Government of India rules for other categories.

Salary:

• Pay Matrix Level 4: Rs.25500 – 81100/- (as per 7th CPC).

Selection Process:

• Phase 1: Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
