The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has extended the online registration period for the Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) 11 recruitment. The previous deadline was January 1, 2026 (Thursday), but candidates can now apply until January 11.
Interested candidates may submit their applications via the official website, drdo.gov.in.
Important application dates include:
- The new registration deadline is January 11, 2026.
- The final date to pay the application fee is January 13, 2026.
- The correction window will be available from January 14 to January 16, 2026, for applicants to make changes to their submissions.
DRDO has announced the recruitment of a total of 764 technical positions for CEPTAM 2025.
- There are 561 vacancies for the Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) role.
- Details regarding the number of positions in the Administrative and Allied (A&A) category have not yet been specified.
Educational qualifications required include:
For the Senior Technical Assistant-B position, candidates must possess a B.Sc. in a relevant engineering discipline, along with a mandatory diploma. For the Technician-A role, candidates should have completed Class 10 or Matriculation, in addition to holding an ITI certificate in the relevant trade. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be aged between 18 and 28 years as of January 1, 2026. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories in accordance with regulations.
The selection process consists of a written examination, followed by a trade test or skill test. Candidates who pass these stages will be invited for document verification and a medical examination. The final merit list will be published by DRDO after all stages are completed.
