Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: A pass certificate for the Secondary School Examination (10th Class) with Mathematics and English (either compulsory or elective) from a recognized Board.
• Local Language: Mandatory proficiency in the local language of the relevant Postal Circle (studied until the 10th standard).
• Other Requirements: Fundamental computer skills, knowledge of cycling, and sufficient means of livelihood.
