Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications

Assistant Manager: A Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University or Institute, requiring at least 60% marks, with a preference for M.Tech, plus a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience. Executive: A Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University or Institute, with a minimum of 60% marks, along with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience. Senior Manager: A Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University or Institute, necessitating at least 60% marks, with a preference for M.Tech, and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience.

Age Limit

Assistant Manager: Not more than 35 years Executive: Not more than 30 years Senior Manager: Not more than 45 years

Pay Scale:

• Assistant Manager (Electrical – Power Supply): Level E2 (Rs.50,000 – Rs.1,60,000/-) plus additional allowances in accordance with HRIDC policy.
• Senior Manager (Electrical): Level E4 (Rs.70,000 – Rs.2,00,000/-) plus additional allowances in accordance with HRIDC policy.
• Executive (OHE, PSI & SCADA, TRD Maintenance, Power Supply): Rs.38,000/- monthly plus telephone reimbursement in accordance with HRIDC policy.
