Eligibility:
- Deputy General Manager (Civil/Finance): A full-time degree in Civil Engineering or qualifications such as ICAI/ICWAI/MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks and 18 years of experience, including 2 years in E-4 or an equivalent position, or a CTC of Rs.20 Lacs.
- Deputy Manager (Mechanical/Company Secretary): A full-time degree in Mechanical Engineering or a qualified Company Secretary with 7 years of experience, including 2 years in E-1 or an equivalent position, or a CTC of Rs.12 Lacs.
- General Manager (Civil): A full-time degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks and 20 years of experience, including 2 years in E-5 or an equivalent position, or a CTC of Rs.22 Lacs in the private sector.
- Manager (Finance): Qualifications such as ICAI/ICWAI or an MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks and 10 years of experience, including 2 years in E-2 or an equivalent position, or a CTC of Rs.15 Lacs.
- Senior Manager (Civil/HRM): A full-time degree in Civil Engineering or an MBA/PGDM (HRM/PM/IR) with a minimum of 60% marks and 14 years of experience, including 2 years in E-3 or an equivalent position, or a CTC of Rs.18 Lacs.
Age Limit:
- General Manager (E-6): 49 years
- Deputy General Manager (E-5): 45 years
- Senior Manager (E-4): 41 years
- Manager (E-3): 37 years
- Deputy Manager (E-2): 33 years
