The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Dharwad has introduced a Master of Technology (MTech) program in Computer Science and Engineering, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This program is set to span two years and will be conducted in an online format, incorporating on-campus immersion sessions. The curriculum integrates research-oriented learning, hands-on projects, and exposure to industry practices. This course is tailored for both professionals and students who aspire to enhance their knowledge in AI, intelligent algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates holding a degree in BE/BTech/MSc/MCA are eligible to apply. Additionally, applicants must currently be employed in any organization.
Academic Performance
The minimum CGPA/CPI required is 6.5 on a 10-point scale, or a minimum aggregate percentage of 60 percent. For candidates from the SC/ST/PwD category, the minimum CGPA/CPI is 6.0 on a 10-point scale, or a minimum aggregate percentage of 55 percent.
Semester Fees
Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 88,500 per semester, with an easy EMI option available. Admissions will be granted based on merit, which will be assessed through the application and personal interview process. Furthermore, offers of admission will be made on a first-come, first-served basis to candidates who meet the eligibility and selection criteria.
