IIIT Sonepat Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025: Application Form Engineer Officer Technician Positions  

The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat (IIIT Sonepat), an Institution of National Importance established in 2014 under the Indian Institute of Information Technology (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2017, has released the official notification for IIIT Sonepat Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025. IIIT Sonepat invites applications to fill up the following Non-Teaching posts on contract basis.

The IIIT Sonepat Vacancy 2025 Notification was published on 6th October 2025, and applications must be submitted by post on or before 17th November 2025 up to 5:00 PM. Interested and eligible candidates must carefully read the detailed IIIT Sonepat notification before filling out the application form.

How to Apply:

Applications for IIIT Sonepat must be submitted offline via post in the specified format. The steps for the IIIT Sonepat Vacancy Application Process are as follows:-

• Step 1: Download and complete the prescribed Application Form, ensuring to sign on each page.
• Step 2: Include self-attested photocopies of all necessary certificates (10th, 12th, Graduation/Post-Graduation marksheets/degrees, experience certificates, etc.), along with four recent passport-sized photographs.
• Step 3: Dispatch the completed application via Speed Post/Registered Post to The Director, Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sonepat, Transit Campus: SBIT, Palri, Meerut Road, Sonepat-131023, Haryana, clearly marking “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF …………….” on the envelope. Make sure it is received by or before 17th November 2025 at 5:00 PM.

Account Officer	B.Com with 12 years’ experience OR M.Com with 8 years’ experience.
Executive Engineer (Civil/Electrical)	First class B.E/B.Tech in relevant field with 8 years relevant experience OR First class M.E/M.Tech with 5 years relevant experience.
Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical)	B.E/B.Tech (Civil/Electrical) with 2 years’ Experience OR Diploma in Engineering (Civil/Electrical) with 5 years’ experience.
Lab Technician (CSE/IT)	B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT)/MCA or equivalent OR Diploma in CSE/IT with three years’ experience.
Lab Technician (ECE)	B.E./B.Tech (ECE/EE/EEE) or equivalent OR Diploma in ECE/EE/EEE with three years’ experience.
