The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, recognized as one of India’s leading management institutions, has announced the recruitment of various regular non-teaching positions across Group A, B, and C categories. The available positions include Chief Manager, Manager, Assistant Administrative Officer, Junior Engineer, and other supportive roles, all offering competitive pay scales in accordance with the 7th CPC.

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to submit their applications online via the official IIM Kozhikode job portal from 12th December 2025 until 12th January 2026. Following the online submission, a printed version of the application, along with the necessary supporting documents, must be dispatched by post no later than 21st January 2026.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Chief Manager (Infrastructure): M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering with 15 years of experience.
  • Manager: Any Degree accompanied by 12 years of relevant experience.
  • Assistant Administrative Officer: Any Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8 years of experience OR B.E./B.Tech with 3 years of experience.
  • Library and Information Assistant: Degree in Library/Information Science with 6 years of experience.
  • Assistant: Any Degree with 6 years of experience.
  • Accountant: B.Com/BBA/Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA with 6 years of experience.
  • Junior Assistant: Any Degree with 5 years of experience.
  • Junior Accountant: B.Com/BBA/Inter-CA/Inter-ICWA with 5 years of experience.
