IIM Mumbai Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit (as on 13.07.2025):

• Junior Program Manager: Preferably below 40 years
• Junior Executive: Preferably below 30 years
• Professional Assistant, Junior Assistant Grade I, Junior Assistant, Junior Executive Grade I: Preferably below 35 years
• No age limit for departmental candidates.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen as per Government rules.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

Junior Assistant Grade I:

• 5 years’ secretarial experience in office work in Govt./reputed private organizations (minimum Level 4 or equivalent).
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.
• Preference for experience in centrally funded institutions or IIMs/IITs/IISERs/NITs.

Junior Assistant:

• 5 years’ office clerical experience in Pay Level-3 OR 8 years in Pay Level-2 or equivalent.
• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• Preference for experience in IIMs/IITs.

Junior Executive:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
• 1 years’ experience in Administration/Accounts/Purchase/Stores/Academic Affairs.
• Proficiency in computer operations.

Junior Executive Grade I:

• Graduation/Post-Graduation in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
• 2 years’ experience in Pay Level-2 OR 3 years combined in Pay Level-1 and Pay Level-2 or equivalent.

Professional Assistant:

• Master’s Degree in Library & Information Science with 2 years’ experience in relevant field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Library/Library & Information Science with 3 years’ experience in University/Research Establishment/Central/State Govt./PSU/Autonomous Institutions.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
