The online application form for the IIM Shillong Administrative Positions Vacancy 2025 will be accessible from 28th October 2025 until 5th December 2025. A hard copy of the application must be submitted by 12th December 2025.
The online registration for IIM Shillong will be conducted via the Recruitment Portal on the Institute’s website. The application process consists of an online submission followed by the dispatch of a hard copy. The steps are as follows:-
Step 1: Candidates who are interested should apply online through the IIM Shillong Recruitment Portal starting from 28th October 2025.
Step 2: Complete the online form and pay the application fee (if applicable). After that, print the submitted form.
Step 3: Prepare and send the hard copy of the application form along with self-attested documents (Payment Receipt if applicable, Proof of Date of Birth, Caste Certificate if applicable, Educational Certificates, Mark Sheets, Experience Certificates, and a Passport Size Photo) in a sealed envelope labeled with the post name to “Chief Administrative Officer, IIM Shillong, Umsawli, Shillong – 793018, Meghalaya” by 12th December 2025. Note: Government employees must apply through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate at the time of the interview.
Eligibility Criteria:
Manager (Finance and Accounts): Associate Member of ICAI/ICMAI; At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in Finance and Accounting within Government/PSU or a similar role in the industry.
Manager (Accreditation) – on Contract: Master’s Degree with a minimum of 60% marks; At least 5 years of relevant experience in academic administration, quality assurance, or accreditation (experience with AACSB/EQUIS/AMBA/NAAC/NBA is preferred).
Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure): BE/B.Tech/MCA with at least 55% marks; Minimum of 6 years of experience, including 4 years in Pay Level-4 or higher, or currently in Pay Level-6 in Government/PSU or equivalent.
Age Limit:
Manager (Finance and Accounts): 50 years as on the last date of publication.
Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure): 35 years as on the last date of publication.
Manager (Accreditation): Not specified (Contract basis).
