Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) Marketing Division – Eastern Region has issued a notification for the recruitment of 509 Trade, Technician, and Graduate Apprentices in accordance with the Apprentices Act of 1961. Eligible applicants from West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, Assam, Sikkim, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Tripura, Nagaland, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh may submit their applications online from December 10, 2025, to January 9, 2026.

How to Apply:

• Step 1: Sign up on the NAPS (Trade/DEO) or NATS (Technician/Graduate) portal.
• Step 2: Submit an application using Establishment ID: NATS – EWBKOC000077 | NAPS – E05201900011
• Step 3: Accurately fill in all required details, including your aggregate percentage.
• Step 4: Choose 3 preferred locations and upload the necessary documents through the Microsoft Form (link provided above).
• Step 5: Ensure that both steps are completed by 09th January 2026 (5:00 PM).

Eligibility & Qualification:

• Only full-time regular qualifications are accepted (Distance/Part-time qualifications are not eligible)
• Technician Apprentice: A 3-year Diploma in the relevant Engineering discipline is required (50% for General/EWS/OBC-NCL, 45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
• Trade Apprentice (ITI): Completion of Matriculation plus 2 years of ITI in Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Machinist
• Graduate Apprentice: Any Graduate (BA/BSc/BCom/BBA) – 50%/45% as specified above
• Data Entry Operator (Fresher/Skill Certificate): Matriculation with a 12th-grade pass plus a Skill Certificate (for skilled positions)
• Qualifications must have been obtained between 01.04.2021/2022 and 31.12.2025 only

Age Limit (as on 31.12.2025):

• Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 24 years
• SC/ST: +5 years | OBC-NCL: +3 years | PwBD: +10 years (additional for reserved categories)

Selection Process:

Merit List based on marks in prescribed qualification
