Eligibility:
General Manager- Projects: A B.E. or B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field is required. A minimum of 23 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.
General Manager- Marketing: A degree in any field along with an MBA is required. A minimum of 23 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.
General Manager – HR: A degree in any field along with an MBA in HR or a Master of Social Work (MSW) is required. A minimum of 23 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.
General Manager – Finance: Candidates must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA), or hold an MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 23 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.
Company Secretary: Candidates must hold an Associate Membership (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A minimum of 14 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.
Executive – Secretarial: Candidates must hold an Associate Membership (ACS) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A minimum of 2 years of experience post-qualification is necessary.

General Manager: Rs.20500 – 500 – 26500/-
Company Secretary: Rs.16000 – 400 – 20800/-
