Applicants are required to submit the designated application form along with self-attested copies of their certificates (including date of birth, educational qualifications, experience, and caste/PwBD certificates), the online fee payment receipt, and a recent passport-sized photograph to:

JMI Non-Teaching Remuneration:

• Assistant: Pay Level 6 (Rs.35,400 – Rs.1,12,400) + Allowances
• Deputy Registrar: Pay Level 12 (Rs.78,800 – Rs.2,09,200) + Allowances
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Pay Level 2 (Rs.19,900 – Rs.63,200) + Allowances
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Pay Level 1 (Rs.18,000 – Rs.56,900) + Allowances
• Section Officer: Pay Level 7 (Rs.44,900 – Rs.1,42,400) + Allowances

JMI Non-Teaching Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Assistant: Any Degree + 03 years relevant experience.
• Deputy Registrar: Master’s Degree + 05 years’ experience.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): A Bachelor’s Degree + English Typing @ 35 wpm + Proficiency in Computer Operations.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation (10th Pass) OR ITI.
• Section Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline + 03 years’ experience.

Age Limit (as on 31/07/2025):

• Assistant: 40 yrs.
• Deputy Registrar: 50 yrs.
• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 40 yrs.
• Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): 40 yrs.
• Section Officer: 40 yrs.

JMI Non-Teaching Application Fee:

• Payment through online mode only, receipt to be enclosed with application.
• Group B & C (Pay Level 7 and below): UR/OBC – Rs.700/-, SC/ST – Rs.350/-, PwBD – Nil
• Group A (Pay Level 10 and above): UR/OBC – Rs.1,000/-, SC/ST – Rs.500/-, PwBD – Nil
