MCL Recruitment 2026: Online Application Form 667 Positions Notification

Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL), a Mini Ratna Subsidiary of Coal India Limited under the Ministry of Coal, is inviting online applications from qualified candidates for the recruitment of 667 positions including Junior Overman, Mining Sirdar, Surveyor, Translator (OL), and Technician (Pathology) in T&S grades on a regular basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Jr. Overman (T&S Gr-C) – 192 Positions:

• A Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering, along with a Valid Overman Competency Certificate (Unrestricted) issued by DGMS, and a First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate.

2. Mining Sirdar (T&S Gr-C) – 448 Positions:

• Completion of 10+2 or a Diploma/Degree in Mining, plus a Valid Mining Sirdar Competency Certificate (Unrestricted) from DGMS, and a First Aid & Gas Testing Certificate.

3. Surveyor (T&S Gr-B) – 24 Positions:

• Completion of 10+2 or a Diploma/Degree in Mining or Mining Survey, along with a Valid Survey Competency Certificate (Unrestricted) from DGMS.

4. Translator (OL) Clerical Gr-III – 01 Position:

• A Bachelor of Arts degree with proficiency in Hindi and English (a Diploma in Hindi Translation is preferred).

5. Technician (Pathology) T&S Gr-C – 02 Positions:

• A Diploma in Pathology from a recognized institution.

Age Limit (as on 06.04.2026):

• 18-30 years (UR/EWS).
• Upper Age Relaxation: 3 years OBC (NCL), 5 years SC/ST, 10-15 years PwBD, No upper age limit for departmental candidates.
