MOIL Limited, a Schedule-A Miniratna Category-I Government of India Enterprise and the largest producer of manganese ore in India, has published Advertisement No. GT/MT-MGR/12/2025, inviting applications for the recruitment of Graduate Trainees, Management Trainees, and Manager (Survey) across various disciplines. There are a total of 67 vacancies available for dynamic and qualified professionals eager to contribute to the organization’s growth.

Eligibility Criteria:
All applicants must achieve at least 60% marks in the pertinent qualification from an accredited University/Institute.
Graduate Trainee fields: B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline.
Management Trainee (Geology): Postgraduate degree in Geology/Applied Geology.
Management Trainee (Personnel/Welfare): Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Social Work/IRPM/HR or an MBA (HR).
Management Trainee (Marketing/Materials/Systems): Appropriate MBA/PG Diploma or Engineering qualification.
Manager (Survey): Bachelor’s degree + Surveyor’s Certificate (Unrestricted) + A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in underground mining survey.
Age Limit (as on 20/01/2026):
Graduate/Management Trainee: Maximum 30 years (UR/EWS)
Manager (Survey): Maximum 35 years (UR/EWS)
Relaxation: 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST
PwBD: Additional 10 years (UR), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)
