Eligibility Criteria:
Subedar Stenographer: Completion of 12th grade, along with a successful Shorthand Diploma or Certificate demonstrating a speed of 100 WPM, CPCT certification that includes Hindi typing, and a basic course in computer proficiency. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ancillary): Candidates must have completed 12th grade or possess an equivalent qualification, in addition to trade-specific qualifications for clerical or field positions. Indian citizenship is mandatory, with eligibility criteria to be met by 17/10/2025. There are relaxations available for ex-servicemen and certain groups regarding age and physical assessments.
Monthly Compensation:
Subedar (Ancillary) – Clerk: Rs.36,200-Rs.1,14,800 (inclusive of allowances as per regulations). Projected annual CTC is approximately Rs.4.5-5 Lakhs.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (Ancillary): Salary scale corresponds to Level-6, roughly Rs.25,500-Rs.81,100 (including benefits). Projected annual CTC is around Rs.3.5-4 Lakhs.
Age Limit:
Between 18 to 33 years as of 17/10/2025 for all positions.
Additional age concessions available according to government regulations for eligible groups.
