Eligibility Criteria:

• A full-time, regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum aggregate marks required: 65% for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (calculated as an average across all semesters/years).
• A valid GATE-2025 score in the appropriate paper (Mechanical/ME, Electrical/EE, Chemical/CH).

Salary & Compensation:

• The salary structure during the one-year training period is Rs.40,000 with an increment of 3%, culminating in a total of Rs.1,40,000/-.
• The initial basic salary is set at Rs.40,000/- per month, which is fixed and does not vary based on previous experience.
• Following the successful completion of the training program, candidates will be integrated as Junior Managers in E1 Grade, accompanied by improved benefits and allowances.
