Eligibility Criteria:
A full-time, regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline.
Minimum aggregate marks required: 65% for UR/EWS/OBC (NCL) candidates and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates (calculated as an average across all semesters/years).
A valid GATE-2025 score in the appropriate paper (Mechanical/ME, Electrical/EE, Chemical/CH).
Salary & Compensation:
The salary structure during the one-year training period is Rs.40,000 with an increment of 3%, culminating in a total of Rs.1,40,000/-.
The initial basic salary is set at Rs.40,000/- per month, which is fixed and does not vary based on previous experience.
Following the successful completion of the training program, candidates will be integrated as Junior Managers in E1 Grade, accompanied by improved benefits and allowances.
